The Interface

The terminal is a single “cockpit” layout where everything you need is visible at once. The panels stay put — what changes between traders is the Order Form view (Basic or Advanced), which is a setting on the order form itself, not a different layout for the whole screen.

AreaWhat’s there
CenterCharts — multiple tabs for different coins.
LeftOrder Form — place trades here. Can be docked or floated as a window.
RightWatchlist & Activity — click a coin to load its chart; the activity feed lists automated events (see below).
BottomPositions & Orders — your open trades and pending orders.

The Basic / Advanced toggle changes only the Order Form — the rest of the terminal (charts, watchlist, positions) is unchanged. Your choice is remembered per user.

  • Basic — a simplified order form: Market and Limit orders, sized by quantity / size %. No Risk% field, no conditional orders. Basic always places standalone orders.
  • Advanced — adds Risk % position sizing, conditional (stop-market / trigger) order types, multi-target take-profits, and the managed-vs-standalone checkbox (managed by default).

The activity feed in the right-hand panel is a live, running log of what the platform did on your behalf and how your challenge account is progressing. Each entry is colour-coded by severity (info, success, warning, error) and is clickable — clicking an event loads that symbol’s chart for the relevant account. Older history is paginated.

It surfaces two kinds of events:

  • Automated order-manager events — order placed, filled, partially filled, canceled, or rejected; position opened or closed; stop-loss moved; take-profit target placed or filled.
  • Challenge lifecycle events — risk warning, rule violation, trading halted, liquidation, phase completed, and funded account created or revoked.

Stuck? Click the question-mark (?) icon in the top bar — it’s in both the terminal and the regular pages — to open this help site in a new tab. The same link is in your profile menu (the round circle, top right) under Help & Guides.

A status indicator in the header shows the health of the live market-data feed:

  • Connected (green) — the real-time feed is live.
  • Reconnecting (yellow) — the feed dropped and is re-establishing; usually transient.
  • Disconnected (red) — no live feed. Check your network or the connection details.
