Affiliate & Referral Program
The Affiliate (Partner) Program pays you a commission every time someone you referred makes a purchase. You can also pass part of that commission on to your referrals as a discount. Everything is managed from the Affiliate dashboard.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Each partner gets a personal referral code and can create one or more referral links. When a new user signs up through your code or link, they are attributed to you for life — every qualifying purchase they make credits you a commission.
| Concept | What it means |
|---|---|
| Referral code | Your personal code. New users can enter it to attribute themselves to you. |
| Referral link | A shareable link (with an optional campaign name) that attributes the visitor silently. |
| Commission rate | The percentage of a referred user’s purchase you earn. The default program rate is 20%. |
| Referral discount | An optional discount you fund for your referral out of your own commission. |
| Attribution | Lifetime and link-sourced — a referred user stays credited to you on every future purchase. |
Commission is calculated on the net amount charged for each purchase and is credited automatically once the purchase is confirmed.
Sharing a discount with your referrals
Section titled “Sharing a discount with your referrals”When you create a referral link you can set a discount rate on it. The referred user pays less, and that discount comes out of your commission:
Your effective commission = commission rate − discount you funded
For example, on the default 20% program rate, funding a 5% discount for your referral leaves you earning 15% on their purchases. A plain referral code with no link carries no discount.
The affiliate dashboard
Section titled “The affiliate dashboard”Open the Affiliate page to manage everything in one place:
- Your referral code and referral links — create, edit, or expire links, each with a campaign name and its own discount rate.
- Referrals — how many people you’ve referred, including this week and this month.
- Commissions — a ledger of every commission credited to you, per purchase.
- Earnings totals — your lifetime total revenue referred and total earnings (commission earned).
- Payouts — your withdrawable balance, request form, and payout history.
Becoming a partner
Section titled “Becoming a partner”If you aren’t a partner yet, apply from the Affiliate page (or the affiliate section in Settings):
- Enter your legal first and last name (required, kept on your profile).
- Read and accept the Partner Agreement.
- Submit. Your application moves to pending, then active once approved.
Only active partners with a currently-accepted agreement can create links, view stats, or request payouts.
Payouts
Section titled “Payouts”Once you have earned commission, request a payout from the dashboard.
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum payout | $50 USD per request |
| Available balance | Total earnings minus everything already withdrawn |
| Profit split | None — affiliate commission pays out gross 1:1 |
| Requirements | Your affiliate account must be active |
Set your payout method in the dashboard — either a crypto wallet (address + network) or manual email settlement. You can cancel a pending payout request, and past requests appear in your payout history.
Entering a referral code at signup
Section titled “Entering a referral code at signup”There are two ways a referral is attributed:
- Via a referral link — the code is captured from the link and applied when you sign up. A captured code stays valid for up to 30 days.
- Manually — if you signed up without a link, you’ll see a one-time prompt to enter a referral code. Enter a code to attribute your referral, or skip the prompt. Either way it won’t appear again.
Commission rates are frozen per referral
Section titled “Commission rates are frozen per referral”Your commission rate — and any discount you funded — is locked in for each referred user at the moment they are attributed to you (grandfathering). If the program’s rates change later, your existing referrals keep earning you the rate they were captured at. New referrals attribute at the current rate.
