Billing & Subscription
Your subscription unlocks the terminal and its features. Manage everything from the
Subscription page (/subscription) or Settings → Subscription.
Plans & pricing
Section titled “Plans & pricing”Plans are tier-based. Higher tiers raise your connection and workspace limits and unlock extra tools.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Exchange accounts | Chart tabs | Highlights |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $29 | $290 | 1 | 2 | Market data, trading tools, email support |
| Advanced | $79 | $790 | 3 | 8 | Trading journal, virtual accounts, challenge access, priority support |
| Institutional | $149 | $1,490 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Trading journal, challenge access, API access, dedicated support |
Free trial vs paid subscription
Section titled “Free trial vs paid subscription”Every new account starts with a 7-day Basic trial — granted automatically at signup, no card required. During the trial you have full Basic-tier access.
| Free trial | Paid subscription | |
|---|---|---|
| Access | Basic tier | The tier you buy (Basic / Advanced / Institutional) |
| Card needed to start | No | Only for card payments |
| Duration | 7 days, then expires | Renews each billing period |
| Cancellable | No — it simply expires | Yes — cancel any time |
Monthly vs yearly billing
Section titled “Monthly vs yearly billing”Toggle between Monthly and Yearly at the top of the plans grid. Yearly carries a Save 15% badge and bills the full annual amount up front (for example, Advanced is $790/year instead of $79/month). Yearly plans work out to roughly two months free versus paying monthly.
Payment methods
Section titled “Payment methods”At checkout you pick how to pay:
| Method | Provider | Pay with | Auto-renews? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto | — | USDT | No — renew manually |
| Card | emerchantpay | Visa / Mastercard | Yes |
Crypto (USDT)
Section titled “Crypto (USDT)”You’re shown an invoice with a wallet address and a QR code. Send the USDT amount; the invoice page watches the blockchain and updates automatically as your transfer is detected and confirmed. Partial payments are recognized — send the remaining balance to settle. Once confirmed, access is provisioned and you can download a PDF bill.
Card (Visa / Mastercard)
Section titled “Card (Visa / Mastercard)”Card checkout hands off to emerchantpay’s secure payment flow and returns you to a result page (success, pending, failure, or cancel).
Discount, promo & coupon codes
Section titled “Discount, promo & coupon codes”Enter a code in the Discount code field at checkout. There’s no separate “Apply” step — the code is validated as you type and, once confirmed, the discount applies to the price immediately.
- A percentage discount shows as
−20%; a fixed coupon shows as$20 off. - If you arrive from a referral or promotional link, the code is applied automatically — no typing needed.
- The review card shows the original price, the discount, and the final amount charged.
Renewals & billing status
Section titled “Renewals & billing status”View your current status on the Subscription page or Settings → Subscription:
- Status — Active, Trialing, Past due, Canceled, or Expired
- Billing interval — Monthly or Yearly
- Next renewal / access-ends date — when the current paid period ends
Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. Crypto subscriptions never auto-renew — instead you get renewal reminder emails in the days leading up to your access-ends date, each with a link that jumps straight to renewal checkout for your current plan.
Changing or cancelling your plan
Section titled “Changing or cancelling your plan”All changes are self-service from the plans grid or Settings.
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Cancel | Scheduled for period end — you keep the access you paid for until then, then it becomes Canceled. |
| Resume | Undo a scheduled cancellation any time before it lapses. |
| Upgrade | Applied immediately with a prorated charge for the difference now. |
| Downgrade | Scheduled for the next renewal — you keep the higher tier until the period ends. |
| Undo scheduled change | Clears a pending downgrade so your current plan continues on renewal. |
Switching monthly → yearly is treated as an immediate, credit-based upgrade; switching yearly → monthly is a scheduled downgrade so your paid year isn’t lost.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Each purchase has an invoice page. For crypto it shows the QR code, wallet address, live payment progress, a per-transaction breakdown, and an expiration countdown for the payment window. If the window closes before payment is confirmed, the invoice is marked Expired — start a fresh payment to try again. Once a payment is settled you can download a PDF bill.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”There is no self-service refund in the app. The cancel-at-period-end flow is the built-in way to stop future charges while keeping the access you’ve already paid for.
